Terms & Conditions for Glasgow JMCS Club Meets
• Members can book a place at a club meet once this is advertised via email, WhatsApp or on the club’s social media pages.
- An application is made on the website meet page specific for each meet. Each member/ prospective member should book their own meet.
- The APPLY button for a meet is displayed on the page for that meet once it is open for booking.
- Each member/ prospective member should book their own meet space.
- The “NUMBER OF GUESTS BOX” should be left at 0 if you are only booking a space for you. ONLY ADD A NUMBER TO THIS BOX IF YOU ARE BRINGING A GUEST(S) WHO ARE NON MEMBERS. The meet organiser will contact you for details of any non-member guests.
- Once you have made an application, you will receive emails confirming that and then asking for online payment.
• Priority is given to members who can attend the whole meet. If you can only attend 1 night, please contact the meet organiser. Once you’ve made an application, you will receive emails confirming that and then asking for online payment.
• Bookings are on a first-come first-served basis. A hut booking is only confirmed when payment for the booking is made.
• Hut bookings must be paid at least 10 days before a meet to confirm a place.
• You can book guests on the meet booking page. The meet organiser will contact you for details.
• Payments should be made in advance into the club bank account.

• The charge for a meet may change between booking and the meet if the hut owner increases the advertised rate.
• As the club incurs costs due to cancellation, refunds can only be made in exceptional circumstances, although a member may look for someone to fill their space if unable to attend a meet. Contact the meet organiser if you need to cancel.
• In booking a club meet you agree to abide by the club code of conduct.
