It seemed spring had already arrived when we gathered at the SMC Raeburn Hut in the Monadhliath. Warm temperatures and even the appearance of the sun were unexpected,but we made the most of it.
On Saturday, Dave and Mark enjoyed the sun at Pinnacle Crag despite a wee bit of misinterpretation of the guidebook in the morning. Luis and Bea did the long cycle into Culra Bothy to climb Geal Charn. Alexis bagged Beinn Teallach and Beinn a’ Chaorainn.
Sunday was a proper spring rock climbing day with the team enjoying the sun at Creag Dubh and Kingussie Crag. Welcome to the summer climbing season!
